The Who Cares Also Needs Care event was a heartwarming success

The Who Cares Also Needs Care event was more than just a gathering. It was a powerful afternoon of self-discovery, connection and shared experiences.

Two dedicated therapists guided the group through activities designed to encourage participants to pause, reflect and connect with themselves. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, creating a safe space where emotions flowed freely and everyone felt seen and supported.

The response from attendees was overwhelmingly positive. Many shared how the event brought clarity, emotional release and a renewed sense of purpose. By the end of the day, participants had already requested a continuation, this time focused on the unique challenges faced by families with teenagers.

The afternoon closed with a delicious potluck coffee break, where food, stories and laughter strengthened the bonds built throughout the activities.
